Soil: 50% Pinot Blanc: Meagre schlier rich in lime.
40 % Chardonnay: Shell limestone sediments.
10 % Grüner Veltliner:

Harvest: Hand picking

Grape processing & vinification: De-stemmed and instantly pressed, fermentation (18-20°C) in inox tanks.

Analysis: Alc.:12.5 % ABV; residual sugar: 4.5 g/l; acidity: 6.2 g/l

Description: Aromas of baked apple, cinnamon, stewed apples. Velvety on the palate and well balanced.

Food pairing: Goes with a lot of food, matches almost any meat, ideal with asparagus.

Drinking temperature: 10°C

Best age to open: 1 – 2 years after vintage
