Schon vor 300 Jahren hat unsere Familie Weinbau in Herrnbaumgarten betrieben. Die Weine waren von der Natur geprägt. Und von den Menschen, die ihn gemacht haben. Bei uns ist das auch heute so: wir versuchen aus den natürlichen Voraussetzungen das Beste zu machen.
Deshalb richten wir unser Augenmerk voll auf die Weingärten. Durch Begrünung beleben wir den Boden und sichern somit die optimale Nährstoffversorgung der Reben. Viel Handarbeit garantiert reife, aromatische und gesunde Trauben.
Durch eine moderne, aber sehr einfache Kellerwirtschaft wollen wir ein Stück Natur in jedem Glas Wein schmeckbar machen.
The Frank family has been growing wine for 300 years in Herrnbaumgarten. Since then their wines have been characterized by soil, climate and culture. The family does not jump from one trend to the other, but tries hard to let you taste the wine-growing region Weinviertel in their wines.
Consequently, the family fully focuses on the vineyards. Varietals are chosen that go hand in hand with the soils, wines and working methods as well as a careful handcraft account for ripe, aroma-intensive and healthy grapes.
The Frank family would like to give you the chance to taste a piece of nature in every glass of wine. Their state-of-the art, yet very simple working principles in the cellar allow them to accomplish this.
