Grape processing & vinification: De-stemmed, long maceration (8 h), chilled fermentation at 18°C in stainless steel vats.
Analysis: Alc.:12.5 % ABV; residual sugar: 6.2 g/l; acidity: 7.0 g/l
Description: Elegant nose of vineyard-peach and rose petals; slightly lemon in the back; extract sweetness and acidity play delightfully on the palate.
Food pairing: Roasted or grilled fish, seafood.
